  • Optimize placement matching

Step 4:

  • Detailed review / Confirmation
  • Sharing of information with client
  • Short list selection

Step 5:

  • Start induction for¬†client position
  • Arrange specialist training

Step 6:

  • Client selects based on results and reports
  • Social event for personal evaluation prior to final selection
