- Optimize placement matching
Step 4:
- Detailed review / Confirmation
- Sharing of information with client
- Short list selection
Step 5:
- Start induction for client position
- Arrange specialist training
Step 6:
- Client selects based on results and reports
- Social event for personal evaluation prior to final selection
